  1. How to pay fee?

    Inside Pakistan
    Cash can be deposited through PNC Fee Challan at the National Bank of Pakistan Limited counter (NIH Branch, Islamabad near to PNC office). 

    OR  
    through Bank Draft/pay order/Cashier's cheque of a recognized bank payable in any bank branch Islamabad Pakistan in favour of bank account titled "Pakistan Nursing Council".


    From a Foreign Country

    Foreign Nationals and Pakistani Nursing Professional applying from foreign countries should pay equivalent amount in foreign exchange through Bank Draft/Cashier's Cheque of a recognized bank payable in Pakistan in favour of bank account titled "Pakistan Nursing Council;" (without mentioning account number).  

  2. What are the requirements for Local Verification.

    Bank Draft in favour of Pakistan Nursing Council, Islamabad, Pakistan of PAK Rs.300/-, Payable in any branch in Islamabad. or Bank Challan issued by PNC office

    Photocopy of your PNC registration Card, CNIC.

  3. What are the Verification requirements for foreign?

    Bank Draft in favour of Pakistan Nursing Council, Islamabad, Pakistan of PAK Rs.5000/-, Payable in any branch in Islamabad.

    Letter/Application form with complete address of the council/regularity body/ origination where your verification is required/needed to be sent.

    Photocopy of your PNC registration Card.

     

  4. PNC Office Working Hours

    Monday to Friday from 0800 to 1600 hours.
    Saturday and Sunday are off.

  5. Where is the PNC office?

    Pakistan Nursing Council, National Institute of Health, Chak Shehzad, Islamabad.

  6. When PNC meetings are take place?

    The PNC meetings take place twice a year, usually in May and November.

  7. Who are the Council Members?

    The PNC consists of Ex-Officio, Regular and Co-opted Members and Observers.

  8. How is the PNC Organized?

    The PNC consists the President, Vice President, Registrar and Members.

  9. What is Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC)?

    The PNC is an autonomous, regulatory body constituted under the Pakistan Nursing Council Act (1952, 1973) and empowered to register (license) Nurses, Midwives, Lady Health Visitors (LHVs) and Nursing Auxiliaries to practice in Pakistan. PNC was established in 1948.
